A life-long resident of Maryland, Samuel Owings has been buying and selling real estate for more than 25 years. He is an award-winning, multi-million dollar sales agent with direct, hands-on experience in both residential and commercial land development.

Samuel specializes in the sale of agricultural, commercial, income-producing, residential, waterfront and recreational  properties, including homes and raw land. Focusing mainly on the eastern shore, where he resides, Samuel is also licensed to market properties throughout Maryland and has contacts to handle properties in other states as well.
